What if I miss a day or need to miss a day? You can miss 1 class and make it up at either of the following 3 time slots that we will run normal classes: Tues 9/2 6:30pm (DYLAN), Weds 9/3 6:30pm (DYLAN), Sat 9/6 10:30am EST (GINA). You must let us know in advance via email which class you intend to miss and which one you would like to make it up with. If you cannot make any of those 3, you are okay with forfeiting the class.
What equipment do I need? 2-3lb dumbbells and mat, optional ankle weights on the lower body days :)
How long are the classes? 45 minutes, end-to-end, and the listed time is the start time of the warm up, so we recommend logging on a couple min early!
How will I receive the links to join the classes? Same link every day! We will send this out on Monday, the day before the program starts
Can I apply existing class credits/packages? No, we are sorry but we do not have the bandwidth to handle this, but this program is only 9 days and after this we will run regular classes where you can use your credits!
Can I sign up for just one of the weeks? If by Monday 9/1 there are spots left in one of them, yes!
Can I mix & match timeslots? If neither time slot sells out
